Tomlinson Run In Lieu Fee Restoration
The North, South, and Middle forks of Tomlinson Run flow through the Hillcrest Wildlife Management Area in Hancock County, West Virginia. Downstream Strategies’ restoration team designed and implemented an innovative project to restore the streams from agricultural impacts. Over 13,000 feet of restored stream and 26 acres of improved wetlands now absorb and filter pollution and provide great wildlife habitat.
