Clarksburg VAMC Water Sampling

We are proud to announce our newest contract under our GSA schedule, in which Downstream Strategies personnel monitor water quality for the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg, West Virginia to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements. Our professional and trained field staff members utilize established standard operating procedures to collect and provide reliable and representative data for a variety of field sampling parameters. Quarterly mobilizations ensure continued compliance with Clean Water Act regulations.

Ordering through GSA

    Government agencies may contract with us through GSA using one of the following methods:


  • Issuing an RFQ and SOW as a standalone contract based on a proposal which may be issued as a sole source notice or as a competitive bid
  • Placing an order against our existing GSA contract as either a sole source notice or as a competitive bid
  • Sending the GSA an RFQ and SOW for services under a particular SIN or SINs. The GSA will send a competitive RFQ to all venders registered under the applicable SIN(s)
